Operator Services

All our operators have been fully trained and have been issued with the Construction Plant Competence Scheme card - formerly CTA/NPORS/Lantra Awards - which is the main accepted proof of an operator's competence on a UK construction site.

In addition to driving and operating machinery, operators change buckets and other attachments, maintain equipment and carry out daily safety checks.

All our operators are issued with protective clothing including safety helmets, overalls, ear defenders and googles are worn when necessary.

Our Operators

  • Have a basic knowledge of motor mechanics.
  • Have good eyesight, hearing and concentration.
  • Have prectical ability and are able to follow detailed instructions.
  • Are physically fit and agile for changing attachments and climbing in and out of cabs.
  • Can follow safe working practices.
  • Can work well as part of a team.
